News release from the Fort Wayne Fire Department:
House fire, Creek Bed Place
(February 4, 2017) – Occupants of a home in the 9500 block of Creek Bed Place were alerted by a noise and discovered a fire in the attached garage of their home. They evacuated safely and Fort Wayne Firefighters arrived to find the garage heavily involved with flames visible. The damage was significant, but the fire was contained to the garage. A vehicle in the driveway did sustain damage.
There were no injuries.
The fire remains under investigation at this time.
