Please note the following San Diego Padres Minor League transactions:
Effective Wednesday, May 18, 2016
- Right-handed pitcher Box Score transferred from Fort Wayne to the Advanced-A Lake Elsinore Storm.
- Left-handed pitcher Box Score transferred to Fort Wayne from the Advanced-A Lake Elsinore Storm. (He will wear No. 13.)
Also note that catcher Kyle Overstreet is now wearing No. 6.
