SCORE! musical theater summer workshop now enrolling
Scholarships available with support from PNC Bank(April 1, 2016) – The Embassy Theatre is pleased to announce open enrollment for its summer SCORE! 2016 program for middle-school students, including two scholarship opportunities. In its fourth year, the three-week intensive musical theater workshop immerses students in all elements of theater.
The two types of scholarships, made possible by support from PNC Bank, will allow two students to enroll in the workshop with full tuition covered. Students who have completed grades 6, 7 or 8 and who have not previously participated in the SCORE! program, are encouraged to apply for either a need-based or a talent-based scholarship. The SCORE! 2016 workshop will take place from July 11-31. During the three weeks, the students will incorporate play-writing, drama, music, production and technical arts culminating with a performance on the legendary Embassy stage

Up to 25 students can enroll in the SCORE! Program. Tuition is $550. Enrollment is currently open at www.fwembassytheatre.org.
