Leading Tax-Consulting Firm Relocates, Expands North American Headquarters in Fort Wayne
DuCharme, McMillen & Associates invests $2.5 million(March 17, 2016) — DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA), a corporate tax consulting company, today announced plans to invest more than $2.5 million to relocate and expand its North American headquarters, creating up to 43 new jobs over the next five years.
The company’s new positions will include executives, back office operations, consultants and technology developers. These jobs will require advanced degrees and will appeal. to high-skilled, highly-educated professionals. Relocation is anticipated to occur this summer to the company’s new space in the Ash Skyline Plaza in downtown Fort Wayne.

DMA will be receiving an incentive package valued at $430,500 from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, Northeast Indiana Works, and the City of Fort Wayne. The project is eligible under current City of Fort Wayne Phase-in policy for a 10-year real and personal property phase-in to be considered by Fort Wayne Common Council.
