News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:

Narcotics Arrests

(March 10, 2016) – In an continuing effort to curb narcotics dealing in the Goshen and Coliseum corridor Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Bureau were following up on numerous drug tips concerning 3440 W Coliseum Room 1089. Upon contacting the occupants of the room they found one person with a warrant and 12 grams of synthetic drug known as “Spice” and 8 Hydrocodone tablets in plain view.

The warrant subject was taken into custody and charged with Misdemeanors, the renter of the room was arrested for the following charges:

Heather Nicole Black – female, age 29

  1. Possession of Narcotic Drug (Hydrocodone) – Level 6
  2. Possession of a Synthetic Drug with prior conviction – Level 6
