TinCaps 2016 Front Office Staff Promotions, Additions New Roles, New Faces for New Season

(February 24, 2016) — The TinCaps will have to wait until the first week of April before the San Diego Padres reveal their 2016 roster, but the team’s front office is in place for a new season.“The continuity of our staff over the years at Parkview Field has been a major key to the success of the TinCaps,” said Team President Mike Nutter. “It’s exciting for us to be able to retain our front office talent with new promotions and see people in new roles.”
Jared Parcell, who joined the organization in 1999 and doubles as the team’s public address announcer at Parkview Field, has been promoted to Director of Group Sales.
Brent Harring and Justin Shurley, who both started with the franchise in 2007, have been promoted to Senior Ticket Account Managers.
Austin Allen, who’s been with the team since 2011, has been promoted to Senior Ticket Account Manager. Fans will also know Austin as the on-field host during games.
Also in the Ticket Account Management Department, Jenn Sylvester has been promoted to Ticket Account Manager for her second year with the club.
Jake Sperry, who’s been a member of the team’s award-winning grounds crew the past two seasons, has been promoted to Groundskeeping and Stadium Operations Assistant.
Nathan Seaman, who’s worked for the team for five seasons, has been promoted to Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
The TinCaps also have added to their front office staff. Katie Read has joined the team as the Banquet Event Manager at Parkview Field. Bethany Randolph has come aboard as the VIP Sales Manager. Tyler Moore is the team’s new Assistant Video Production Manager.
In addition, the TinCaps are excited to have Morgan Olson (Marketing), Ben Snider (Marketing), Juwan Turner (Merchandise), Eli Robertson (Stadium Operations/Grounds Crew), Rachel Panizzi (Ticket Office/Group Sales), Austin Downing (Ticket Office/Group Sales), and Mike Monaco (Broadcasting/Media Relations) with the organization in seasonal roles.
The 2016 season at Parkview Field opens up on Saturday, April 9 (6:05 p.m.) when the TinCaps host the Lake County Captains (Cleveland Indians). Tickets are on sale at TinCapsTickets.com, by calling 260-482-6400, and at Parkview Field.
