Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Fair weather and cooler temps today
Wintry mix tonight changing to snow NW-SE Tuesday and Tuesday night
(February 29, 2016) – High pressure will provide fair weather to the area today with temperatures cooler than yesterday, but still above normal.
Another cold front will move into the area tonight and then stall as a low pressure system moves east along it across Indiana and Ohio on Tuesday. This will result in a mix of freezing rain, sleet, snow, and rain, changing over to snow from northwest to southeast by Tuesday evening. Greatest impacts from freezing rain and snow are expected to be north of Route 30, with less accumulations to the south.
