House Fire, 4000 block Hoagland Ave.
The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a house fire at 4002 Hoagland Avenue on Febraury 14, 2016 at 7:31 a.m. The first unit arrived within one minute and found smoke coming from the front door of a two story residence. The
crew pulled a handline for fire attack and search. The two occupants that were home evacuated before fire units arrived. A fire was found in the basement and was extinguished in 11 minutes. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.The fire department was assisted by FWPD, TRAA, Nipsco, AEP and Neighborhood Code.
