Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

Low of 2 degrees overnight

(February 13, 2016) – A quiet but cold night is in store, with lake effect snow showers gradually winding down and coming to an end. Clouds will also be on the decrease for many locations. Low temperatures will range from 3 below zero to 4 above.

By Sunday morning, wind chills could be as low as 5 to 15 degrees below zero so if you are heading out-make sure you bundle up! There is a chance of snow south of US-30 in the morning. Otherwise, light snow is likely after 1 pm EST Sunday afternoon.

Light snow will continue overnight, leaving accumulations of around 1-2″ by Monday morning for most areas. Be cautious if travelling Sunday night and Monday morning, as visibility may be reduced and roads will be slippery. Temperatures Sunday afternoon into Monday morning will be in the teens and 20s.
