Mad Ants to Host Matt Hardy for Pro Wrestling Night

(February 10th, 2016) – The Mad Ants are proud to announce Matt Hardy as their special guest of honor for Pro Wrestling Night on Friday, March 11th as they host the Westchester Knicks with a 7:30pm tipoff.

Former WWE Tag Team Champion and current TNA World Heavyweight Champion Matt Hardy will help the Mad Ants celebrate all things pro wrestling on March 11th and will be signing autographs for fans pre-game and at halftime.

Matt Hardy was one half of the wildly popular Hardy Boyz tag team in the Attitude Era of the WWE. While there, the Hardy Boyz gained notoriety in WWE’s Tag Team division by innovating the modern day Ladder Match & pioneering the Tables, Ladders & Chairs matches. Together they held 7 World Tag Team Championships from 1999-2008. Apart from his success as a tag team wrestler, Matt Hardy’s achievements as a WWE singles competitor include the ECW Championship, Hardcore, European, Cruiserweight & United States Championship, winning each on one occasion before leaving the company in 2010. In 2011 Matt signed with TNA. He is currently the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
