16th Annual Kids Helping Kids Charity Basketball Invitational
Scheduled for February 6 & 7, 2016

(February 2, 2016) – The 16th annual Kids Helping Kids Charity Basketball Invitational to support the Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House is scheduled for February 6th & 7th, 2016 at Spiece Fieldhouse. Kids Helping Kids participants include more than 100 teams from 3rd to 8th grade boys and girls basketball teams. Teams compete to raise funds for the Children’s Hope House leading up to the tournament and then on the court during the two day event.

“Since 2000, we have partnered with Spiece Fieldhouse and Gym Rats Inc. & LLC to raise thousands of dollars in support of our mission.” said Andrew Gritzmaker, Executive Director of the non-profit.

 

About the Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House
Mad Anthonys Children’s Hope House is a non-profit hospitality house that provides shelter, meals, laundry facilities and a peaceful refuge for families with children who are critically ill or injured. The house opened in 2003, has ten private bedrooms with private baths, a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, living room, TV lounge, computer room and meditation room.
