THE COMBINATION OF TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND WEST WINDS OF 5 TO 15 MPH WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 10 BELOW AND 15 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH THIS EVENING BUT DIMINISH SLIGHTLY OVERNIGHT TO AROUND 4 TO 8 MPH TOWARD DAYBREAK. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUT…DRESS IN LAYERS AND COVER ALL EXPOSED SKIN TO AVOID FROSTBITE…WHICH CAN OCCUR IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.
