Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Mild with periods of rain today
(January 8, 2016) – It will be mild with periods of rain through Saturday and temperatures generally in the 40s.
Colder air will move in from the west Saturday night, changing the rain to snow from west to east. Snowfall accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are possible…mainly west of Interstate 69. Accumulations of a half inch to one inch are possible to the east. The storm track remains uncertain at this time so these accumulations could change. Stay tuned to later forecasts.
Temperatures next week will be in the teens with wind chills below zero.
