Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Active weather through Monday
(December 26, 2015) – Very active weather is expected from later today through Monday. For today, rain will spread across the area this afternoon and continue into tonight. Heavy rain and flooding is possible, mainly along and south of US-24. Rain will taper off Sunday afternoon but another round is expected on Monday. This rain may begin as a period of sleet or freezing rain Monday morning. Minor ice accumulations of a tenth of an inch or less are possible north of US-30. Additional rain and flooding will then be possible into Monday evening. East winds of 30-40 mph are also expected on Monday.
