News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
FWPD: Felony Arrests
On the 18th of December units of the Fort Wayne Vice and Narcotics Bureau and the Indiana State Police served two outstanding felony warrants:
Codi Joseph Starr, male, aged 25
- Aggravated Battery Level 4 $30,000 Bond
Dustin Scott Starr, male, aged 33
- Felony Intimidation Level 6 $50,000
Codi Joseph Starr’s warrant stemmed from an incident where he used his vehicle to strike a victim causing serious bodily injury and Dustin Scott Starr’s warrant stemmed from an incident where Dustin threatened a Fort Wayne Police Officer and his family. Both subjects were taken into custody without incident.
