Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Cold and blustery Friday
(December 18, 2015) – It appears winter has returned for a brief time, with a cold and blustery Friday in store for the weekend. Other than a slight chance of snow north of I 80-90 late tonight, weather will be quiet with lows in the 20s. Earlier in the day Friday, there is a chance of light snow and flurries across the entire forecast area. After 1 pm, snow is likely along and north of I-80-90. Expect around 1-2 inches of accumulation in these areas by Saturday morning, with higher amounts further north. This will make roads slippery during the evening commute on Friday. High temperatures will only reach into the low 30s, and with gusty winds to 25 mph it will feel even colder.
