Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

First accumulating snow of the season Saturday

(November 20, 2015) – The first accumulating snow of the season will likely impact the region Saturday into early Saturday evening as a strengthening low pressure system lifts through.

The snow will likely mix with rain to start late Saturday morning into early Saturday afternoon along and south of US 24 in Indiana and Ohio before changing over to all snow by mid to late afternoon. Precipitation should fall as mainly snow northwest of US 24, beginning as early as tonight in northwest Indiana and southwest Lower Michigan where a Winter Storm Watch has been issued.
