Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Tonight will be quiet and cold with lows 28-32F
(November 19, 2015) – Weather tonight will be quiet and cold, with lows 28-32F.
Otherwise-here is an update on the winter storm potential this weekend. Latest model runs have shifted the track of the system southeastward, bringing the potential for light to moderate snow accumulations Friday night into Saturday night. South of US-24, a rain/snow mix is more likely. This will result in lower overall accumulations. North US-24 will be mostly snow.
Unfortunately, there is still uncertainty with the exact track of the system. If the track shifts, it will significantly impact the precipitation type and snow amounts depicted in this image.
Sunday will be cold and windy, with temperatures struggling to reach the mid 30s as the system departs. Light lake effect snow is possible Sunday, mainly in the morning.
