Expect southwest winds to increase after midnight tonight

(November 11, 2015) – A strong fall storm will bring hazardous winds to Northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and Northwest Ohio. Expect southwest winds to increase ahead of a cold front after midnight tonight, and switch to the west early Thursday morning. Winds of 30 to 40 mph are expected, with gusts up to 60 mph possible late tonight and Thursday.

With winds this high, power outages and wind damage can be expected. Otherwise, Rain showers will move through the area late tonight and taper off gradually from south to north Thursday afternoon. Thunderstorms are possible. Stay tuned to our webpage for the latest information.
