Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Lingering rain showers will depart to the east this morning
(November 10, 2015) – Lingering rain showers across northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio will depart to the east this morning, with clouds diminishing from west to east this afternoon. High temperatures today will reach into the lower to mid 50’s.
Quiet weather is in store for tonight, but a strong fall storm system will eject out of the Rockies late Tuesday night, and will approach the region on Wednesday night into Thursday. A cold front associated with this system will bring bands of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms to the area Wednesday night, with the possibility of some strong winds with the showers. Strong winds with gusts to 40 to 50 mph are then expected behind this front for late Wednesday night into Thursday.
