Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

High impact storm system mid-week

(November 8, 2015) – A strong fall storm system will arrive in the area by mid-week. This storm will bring rain, strong winds, lakeshore flooding, and a slight chance of severe storms. The highest impact is expected to be the strong winds in excess of 30 mph with gusts over 40 mph on Thursday. Lakeshore areas may see even stronger winds with beach erosion and lakeshore flooding possible due to the high waves. We will keep you updated on this high impact storm system this week as the forecast evolves.
