Kroger Announces President’s Award Winner Mark Dullaghan
One of 15 winners in the multi-state operating division

(October 19, 2015) – Kroger Central Division announced that Mark Dullaghan of Ft. Wayne, Indiana received the highest recognition given to a Kroger associate, the 2015 President’s Award. Mark was Meat Coordinator for District 4, retiring this past July.

According to Kroger Central Division President Jeff Burt, “Mark began his career in 1973 as a summer clerk while attending college, before entering the management training program in 1976. He has held multiple positions within the company including a Co-Manager, an Assistant Meat Buyer, a Meat Merchandiser and a Store Manager in four cities within Central Division. In his final position as a Meat Coordinator, he earned several awards for his skill and expertise in this subject matter. His exceptional leadership skills begin with self-improvement, which both directly and indirectly motivates others to excel in their areas of work. Mark has done an exceptional job of leading his team in consistently producing great results in sales, profit and shrink. Mark has a contagious personality and sense of humor, as he has won the hearts of many; he will be greatly missed. It is my honor to present Mark with a 2015 President’s Award.”
