IPFW Students “Sink or Swim” with Area Entrepreneurs
(October 16, 2015) — Local entrepreneurs will share their insights on how to start a successful company with Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) students in the “Sink or Swim” Fall Entrepreneur Panel. The event takes place Monday, October 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in Neff Hall, Room 101 and is sponsored by IPFW Career Services and the Doermer School of Business.
Entrepreneur Panelists include:
- Brian Bauer, Lutheran Health Network (new panelist)
- Eric Doden, Greater Fort Wayne Inc.
- Leon Habegger, L H Industries
- Chuck Surack, Sweetwater
- Featuring moderator: Mike Eikenberry, dean, IPFW Doermer School of Business
“Students will be given a special opportunity to learn about the passions that drove these business owners to succeed and even some of the surprises they encountered along the way,” said Ashley Calderon, director of IPFW Career Services. “If you’ve thought about starting your own business, this is an excellent opportunity to learn more.”
