Methamphetamine Search Warrant Service. 600 block of Cherry Street

(September 18, 2015) – Shortly before 10:00 pm, on September 17, 2015 Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department Emergency Services Team served a search warrant in the 600 block of Cherry Street in Fort Wayne. The warrant was the result of an investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamines located at a private residence. Two subjects were at the residence at the time the warrant was served and both were arrested at the scene.

Todd M. Quinn – age 44

  • Manufacturing Methamphetamines
  • Possession of Two or More Precursors (2 counts)
  • Possession of Paraphernalia
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance

Angela (Shanklin) Quinn – age 41

  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

A meth lab was located inside of the residence and was neutralized by the members of the FWPD Meth Suppression Unit and the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit. As a result of this investigation the residence was condemned.
