History Center announces Barbara Ehinger as new education coordinator
(August 19, 2015) – The History Center welcomes Barbara Ehinger as education coordinator.
Ehinger earned Bachelor and Master degrees from Ball State University and has over 30 years of teaching experience, engaging the students of Southwest Allen County to develop a love and appreciation for history. In addition, Ehinger has been honored to be selected five times by the National Endowment for the Humanities to study in-depth topics in American History, including, most recently, studying the lasting effects of Abraham Lincoln’s assassination at Ford’s Theater.
The Education Coordinator works with local schools to facilitate field trips and plans History Center events and programming.
