Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

Cloud cover will increase slightly through the day

(August 5, 2015) – Cloud cover will increase slightly through the day after mostly sunny skies this morning. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s. A low pressure system will pass south of the area tonight. This will bring a slight chance of rain showers to southern portions of the area, mainly along and south of a Rochester to Decatur line.

Otherwise, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. A slight chance of rain showers will continue through the day on Thursday south of U.S. 30. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with highs temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s.
