Dan will be talking about Fort Wayne’s Rivers and the glacial formations that are unique to our area and which also drive the brown color of our rivers which is a result of those glacial deposits and formations. From there, he’ll progress to water quality issues including efforts to monitor and improve the quality of our river’s water. He’ll also talk about the high water events we have seen this summer. Finally, he will wrap up with a discussion of how the rivers are being utilized now and what the future holds.
