The Fort Wayne Dance Collective Inc. (FWDC) was incorporated as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization on January 23, 1979. FWDC is one of two arts organizations housed in the Hall Community Arts Center, which is owned and operated by Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne, an umbrella organization for the arts representing 10 counties.Fort Wayne Dance Collective provides unique opportunities for community members to experience personal growth and empowerment through a diverse arts curriculum using the mediums of movement, rhythm and other creative arts. During FY2015 FWDC served over 39,000 individuals through its on-site school and outreach programs.
