Beloved speakers and bestselling authors Patsy Clairmont, Mary Graham, Jen Hatmaker, Sarah Jakes, Luci Swindoll, Sheila Walsh, Thelma Wells, Marilyn Meberg, Anna Trent, and many more are scheduled to headline the event.
Long before reality TV, Women of Faith speakers were candidly sharing their real problems and challenges, all the while reassuring those in the audience that God is with us even in the pain of life. In a refreshing and characteristically authentic style, speakers on the Women of Faith platform tell the honest truth—about their struggles, their disappointments, their heartaches, and their joys. Throughout the weekend, women begin to see their own story in the lives of the speakers. They realize—often for the first time—they are not alone.
A few of the speakers share their perspective of what a weekend together with thousands of other women can mean:
Patsy Clairmont says, “If you give your people a little break from you and you have an emotional break from them, when you come back together it is even sweeter than ever before. It will be great.”“It’s the opportunity for you to be instrumental in bringing neighbors, or friends or people that you may not know well to an event where they’re going to hear life changing words. They’re going to be inspired to make life-changing decisions—all because you thought about them,” says Marilyn Meberg.
“I know that I’m a better mom, and I’m a better wife and I’m a better friend for having been together with my girlfriends,” says Sandi Patty.
Sheila Walsh encourages, “This is the perfect year where the doors are open wide. Invite every woman you know and love to come to the 2015 weekend and let them be Loved.”
