Severe weather update – 8:30 a.m.
(July 13, 2015) – Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected today. The first is moving across our area and will produce heavy rain and possibly damaging winds and local flooding. The greatest threat with this first round is west of I-69. Additional thunderstorms then expected to develop late this evening and overnight. Again, damaging winds and flooding are the main concerns but some hail and isolated tornadoes cannot be ruled out. A flash flood watch is in effect through tonight for areas south of US-30. Stay tuned for any additional severe weather watches & warnings that may be issued.
