The following Roads are open at this hour
- Winchester Road
- North River Road
- Tillman Road (one lane in each direction)
- Geneva
Roads still closed at this hour
- Berry at Thieme and College
- Smith Road – Covington Road to Engle Road
- Freeman Street – Portage Boulevard to Covington Road
- Taylor Street – Freeman Street to Brooklyn Avenue
