News release from the City of Fort Wayne:

Operation Fight for a Fitter Fort partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs on 30 Day Challenge

(June 18, 2015) – The Operation Fight for a Fitter Fort (OPF4) program is partnering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne on a 30 Day Challenge event to improve health and wellness.

The goal of the challenge is for children and Boys and Girls Clubs staff members to drink the ideal amount of water for their body size for 30 days.

This fun activity promotes teamwork, friendly competition, creativity and dedication toward a common goal of promoting healthy living. There is also an educational component to assist children in learning more about the benefits of drinking water.

A special thank you to Fort Wayne Metals for providing water bottles for all participants.
