Showers and thunderstorms for Mother’s Day

(May 10, 2015) – Expect several rounds of showers and thunderstorms for Mother’s Day today, especially in the northwest through mid afternoon. Severe weather is not expected. Highs will range from the 60s near Lake Michigan to the low 80s across the southeast. Stronger storms are expected across the region tomorrow, so make sure to check back for more information. Tuesday will be dry but much cooler, with highs ranging from the upper 50s to the mid 60s.
