According to the National Weather Service, via the US Geological Survey:

The magnitude 4.2 earthquake was located about 5 miles south of Galesburg, Michigan at 12:23 EDT today. There was no damage or injuries reported. The quake was the second strongest in Michigan history with the first being a 4.6 magnitude event on August 9, 1947 in a similar location.
