News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Drug Raid at 2501 Juliette Avenue
At approximately 10:23 PM members of the Fort Wayne Police Department Emergency Services Team along with Detectives of the FWPD Vice and Narcotics Bureau served a search warrant at 2501 Juliette Avenue in Fort Wayne Indiana. During the service of this warrant 3 adults and 2 children were found inside. Department of Child Services made the scene and took custody of the two children and placed them with a relative. Two adults were charged with the following:
Chad Clayton Elder, age 40
- Maintaining a Common Nuisanc Level 6
- Possession of Cocaine Level 4
- Dealing in Synthetic Drug 3 Counts A Misdemeanor
Tracey Luann Cochran, age 32
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6
During the search of the residence 21 grams of cocaine along with a small amount of spice was found. This matter is under further investigation by the Detectives of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Bureau.
