Narrative By: FWPD Officer Roscoe

Dispatched to above address reference an armed robbery. Upon arrival I spoke first with employee ###########. ####### stated that she heard the page come across their system that indicated that they were being robbed. She stated that she saw the subject and followed him outside and north along the west side of the building and then into the lot north of the walgreens. She stated that the subject was a male white, around 70 years, around 5’05”, average build, grey hair, grey facial hair, a black hoodie and sunglasses. She stated that he kept his one hand in his jacket the entire time. She stated that she lost sight of the subject as he was on the east side of the business to the north of the Walgreens. She stated that she did not know anything more.

I then spoke with two subjects in the pharmacy, ####### and ###### ####. ####### stated that she was at the counter when a male white in his mid 60’s with white hair and a salt and pepper full beard wearing a black hoodie and sunglasses approached the counter. She stated that the subject held out a paper for her to look at and told her “I need you to read this very carefully”. She stated that the note said something about percoset and oxy, and the last line stated “I have a gun”. She stated that she was uncertain what the note said completely as the words “I have a gun” scared her. She stated that the subject had his right hand in his coat pocket the entire time and had the note in his left. She stated that she tried to take the note at one time, but he held on to
it and kept it. She stated that she then notified other employees and ######## retrieved the medication and gave it to the subject.

I then spoke with ######## who described the subject the same. He stated that the subject wanted oxy and percoset, and he retrieved a bottle of Oxycodone (5qty 50mg) and gave it to the subject. He stated that he then told the guy that if he wanted more he would have to wait for the ############### and the subject then fled.

I then met with detectives and turned the investigation over to them. On their request I attempted to dust for prints at the counter the subject was leaning on. I pulled three lifts, but it did not appear that there were any fingerprints, just grease smudges. I placed the three attempted lifts into continuity and cleared.
