Gordon Lightfoot concert date postponed

(March 17, 2015) – Due to extenuating circumstances, the Embassy Theatre and NiteLite Promotions announces the postponement of the Gordon Lightfoot concert scheduled for this Thursday, March 19.

Gordon Lightfoot suffered an acute case of food poisoning over the weekend and is under doctor’s orders to recuperate. He extends his regrets to his fans and looks forward to performing in Fort Wayne very soon.

Ticket holders are asked to please hold onto their tickets as they will be valid for the new date, which will be announced as soon as it is finalized.

Gordon Lightfoot has recorded 20 albums and has five Grammy nominations. His songs have aired regularly for 50 years, earning him radio singles chart positions in North America achieved by few others. Lightfoot’s radio hits in the USA have earned 5 number ones, 5 Top 10s and 13 Top 40 hits. In Canada he has earned 16 number ones, 18 Top 10s and 21 Top 40 hits.
