Mad Ants Shine at Home

(March 14, 2015) – The Mad Ants, sponsored by Lutheran Health Network, came out on top at home, Saturday, March 14th against the Delaware 87ers at the Allen Co. War Memorial Coliseum.

The Mad Ants found themselves leading by as much as 14 in the first half, as their newest addition, Jordan Crawford, made his Mad Ants debut and posted 6 first half points and 10 first half rebounds. By the end of the first half, the Mad Ants remained in control of the lead, 58-44. Matt Bouldin would lead the first half for the Mad Ants and CJ Fair followed with 14 of his own.

Heading into the second half of play, the Mad Ants remained dominant on the offensive side of the ball, quickly finding their way into a triple figure score early in the fourth quarter. Toronto Raptor assignee Lucas Nogueira shined in his Mad Ant debut with 18 points and 19 rebounds. Bouldin would go on to lead the team with 23 points and Crawford would finish his night with 22 points and 13 rebounds.

For the 87ers, DJ Seeley led with 25 points. Drew Gordon grabbed down 12 rebounds.
