Time: 11:50 a.m.

Location: 2307 N. Clinton Street

Details:

Fort Wayne police were summoned to the 2300 block of N. Clinton Street where passersby observed a female out on a second floor roof of a home screaming for help.

Once on scene uniform officers were able to determine that the incident had taken place at 2307 N. Clinton Street and approached the home. Several attempts were made to make contact with the occupants of the home but all attempts failed. Supervisors on the scene requested the department’s EST and CRT units to the incident.

Several major arteries in the area had to be shut down and traffic diverted around the scene to ensure public safety. Once on scene CRT and EST units continued attempts to establish communications with the occupants of the home but were unsuccessful. EST officers breached the front door of the home and shortly thereafter a female adult exited the home followed by two adult males. All three were detained and are presently being questioned by detectives to determine charges.
