Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
A spring-like week ahead!
(March 8, 2015) – Temperatures will continue to slowly rise as we head through the week. Aside from some light sprinkles and/or flurries this afternoon, skies will become partly cloudy overnight. Lows will drop into the mid 20s to near 30 degrees. Mostly sunny skies are expected on Monday, with highs in the low to mid 40s. By Tuesday, many locations will reach 50 degrees for the first time this year. There is a slight chance of rain showers across extreme southeast parts of the area Tuesday, otherwise conditions will be dry across the area through the day on Thursday. Most areas away from Lake Michigan will see temperatures rise into the 50s Wednesday and Thursday.
