Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Light snow arrives tonight
(February 28, 2015) – Temperatures will rebound today into the upper teens to lower 20s after another cold start. Dry conditions are expected today, with light snow arriving across western Indiana this evening, overspreading the area overnight. Amounts will be light through sunrise Sunday with anywhere from a few tenths of an inch northwest to around 2 inches along the US-24 corridor. The snow will increase in coverage and somewhat in intensity on Sunday with 1 to 3 inches of snow expected, highest in the south. By the time the system is winding down, totals will range from an inch or 2 across far Southern Lower Michigan to 4 to 6 inches along and south of US-24. Model trends have suggested that the system may track further south, potentially reducing the amounts across the area.
