The Valentine’s Day Remix with Dave Hollister and Syleena Johnson
Feb. 21 at the Embassy *Pricing Alert*(January 26, 2015) – It’s a night of R&B on the Embassy stage Feb. 21 with vocalists Dave Hollister and Syleena Johnson. The Valentine’s Day Remix will feature a selection of solos from each artist and collaboration from both. Ticket prices are now $125 for VIP, $58 for floor seats, and $38 for all balcony seating and are on sale now through ticketmaster.com, charge-by-phone 800.745.3000 and at the Embassy box office. When the show initially went on sale there were six pricing levels; the number is reduced to three. Any patrons who purchased tickets at the earlier pricing levels can contact the Embassy Theatre for exchanges to reflect the new pricing.
Dave Hollister sang with 2 Pac and Blackstreet and achieved much success as a solo artist with several Top 10 hits. His new single “Spend The Night” is racing up the charts. On stage, Hollister will perform his hits from the “Chicago ’85” album along with a selection of songs from Blackstreet, known for its Top 10 hit, “Before I Let You Go.”
Syleena Johnson has scored many R&B hits and has sung with the likes of Kanye West, R. Kelly and Musiq Soulchild. Her music styling is Chicago-native with a very traditional R&B style. Johnson’s new album is “Chapter 6 Couples Therapy” and features Hollister. Johnson will be singing past hits and current music, along with joining Hollister for several duets.
The evening will make for a great night of smooth R&B on the Embassy stage.
