Chances of a white Christmas

(December 22, 2014) – While the exact snowfall accumulations for Christmas Eve are still uncertain, we are getting a better picture of the likelihood of having at least some accumulation on the ground on Christmas morning. Basically, if you are west of I-69 you have over a 50% chance of a White Christmas, and if you are east of I-69 your chances of a White Christmas are less than 50%. If you live near Lake Michigan, your chances of a White Christmas are near 90%. Stay tuned for the latest information on this winter storm.
