The latest information regarding the storm system next week
(December 19, 2014) – Our confidence is fairly high for a strong low pressure system somewhere in the Great Lakes region Christmas Eve into Christmas Day.
Precipitation which falls on Monday and Tuesday will be all rain with the changeover to snow expected sometime on Wednesday.
Our confidence regarding snowfall accumulation is quite low at this time.
Regardless of the exact track of this storm system, it will likely cause significant air and ground travel impacts to at least portions of the Great Lakes on Christmas Eve.
