News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Meth Lab Investigation, 1018 Rabus Drive
(December 12, 2014) – Shortly before 1:00 a.m. on December 12th, 2014 members of the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Emergency Services Team and Vice and Narcotics Unit served a search warrant in connection to the manufacturing and distribution of Methamphetamine at 1018 Rabus Drive. Joshua Smith and Margaret Perlich were taken into custody. Four children were found at the scene and removed from the home by the Department of Child Services.
This is the 44th Meth Lab processed by the FWPD this year.
Subjects Arrested:
1. Joshua Smith – Adult male
Charges:
- Manufacturing Methamphetamine
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Neglect of a Dependent
- Illegal Dumping of a Controlled Waste
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
- Possession of Two or More Precursors
2. Margaret Perlich – Adult female
Charges:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Manufacturing Methamphetamine (2 counts)
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Neglect of a Dependent
- Illegal Dumping of a Controlled Waste
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
- Possession of Two or More Precursors
