McDonald’s® High School Basketball Players of the Month – November
(December 5, 2014) – The Fort Wayne Mad Ants and McDonald’s have partnered to recognize two outstanding high school basketball players in the Fort Wayne community. In November, McDonald’s and the Mad Ants selected Wes Davidson and Aubrey Wright as the McDonald’s High School Players of the Month. Both players will be recognized at an upcoming Mad Ants home game.
Wes Davidson, a 6’4″ Senior from Blackhawk Christian, posted a double-double in the Braves’ win at Fremont to open the season, scoring 17 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Last year, he was named First Team All-Northeast Indiana, made honorable mention All-State, and was named one of the IBCA’s Top 100 players in the state.
Aubrey Wright, a 5’8 senior at Columbia City High School, led her team to a 6-0 record in the month of November. Aubrey put up 24 points to cap off the month in a victory over Northside on November 28th. She recently committed to play basketball at Taylor University.
