(September 26, 2014) – Dr. Eric Tippmann, a Republican from Fort Wayne, will publicly launch his campaign next week by announcing his candidacy for an At-Large seat on the Fort Wayne City Council. Tippmann is employed at Indiana-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, where he conducts biomedical research and teaches chemistry.
Tippmann attended Snider and Bishop Dwenger High Schools and graduated from Indiana-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. In 2003 he received a doctorate degree from The Ohio State University. He is married to Dr. Sohie Shim and they have 3 children.
He will be holding an announcement event Tuesday Sept 30, 2014 at 7pm at Alberto’s Restaurant at 2529 S Calhoun St, Fort Wayne, IN 46807.
