USF School of Creative Arts opening alumni, faculty exhibition

(September 11, 2014) — The School of Creative Arts (SOCA) at the University of Saint Francis will offer an alumni and faculty exhibition in Weatherhead Gallery from Oct. 11-Nov.2. An opening reception will take place from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 in the gallery in the Rolland Center for Art and Visual Communication.

An annual favorite, the exhibition will include recent works by graduates and current and retired SOCA faculty members. Artwork displaying a wide variety of media and artistic approaches can be viewed and enjoyed. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, the galleries will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 22 and 23.

Weatherhead Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 1-5 p.m. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
