News release from the Hotel Fitness Championship:
Field set for 2014 Hotel Fitness Championship, the first of four Web.com Tour Finals events
(August 24, 2014) – With yesterday’s conclusion of the WinCo Foods Portland Open, the final Regular Season event on the 2014 Web.com Tour schedule, the stage is now set for the 2014 Hotel Fitness Championship. Competing at Sycamore Hills Golf Club Aug. 28-31 for 50 PGA TOUR cards and positions for the 2014-2015 season will be 130 players from the PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour.
Cards have been locked up by the Regular Season’s 25 leading money winners. An additional 25 cards will be determined at the Finals based on earnings in the four events. A “PGA TOUR Card Celebration” event will take place immediately following the Web.com Tour Championship at TPC Sawgrass on Sept. 21 to officially recognize the 50 card earners.
