Showers and thunderstorms this afternoon
(August 25, 2014) – A line of showers and thunderstorms across northeast IL and Lake Michigan will push southeast into far SW Lower MI and northwest IN this afternoon. Some of these storms may be strong to severe, with isolated damaging winds the main threat. The best chances for thunderstorms and an isolated damaging wind gust is along and west of a Sturgis, MI to Monticello line.
